For the position of HR Executive, we are looking for a candidate who can take the responsibility for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, finalizing candidates, along with the following responsibilities.

Work Profile

  • Maintenance of employee database.
  • Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.
  • Preparation of Salary Statement.
  • Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
  • Administration of all Contract Labor.
  • Conducting various welfare activities.
  • Community initiatives programs – organizing & participation.
  • Regular updation of communication channels.
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Ensure statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, Annual returns, Monthly challans, factory License, Shop & establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis.
  • Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements.
  • Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organogram) of each employee.
  • Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
  • Check travel and tour expenses & contractor bills and record in relevant softwares for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts.
  • Prepare letters like offer, confirmation, etc, implement and administer performance management process as per the PMS policy and timelines.
  • Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
  • Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.
  • Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
  • Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
  • Organizes corporate events such as company’s dinner, party, corporate trip, etc.
  • Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart.
  • Draft agreement/contract to overseas and local freelancers.

Minimum Criteria

  • Degree/Diploma in human resources management, business administration.
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficient in HR matter.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
  • Good writing skills..
  • Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
  • Expert user of MS Word & Excel and numerically inclined.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage.
